OliKrom ranked among the best start-ups to work for in France

OliKrom selected among 4,000 French start-ups

To determine a company has pleasant working conditions, it takes more than a foosball table or a relaxation area. That's why Capital, in partnership with Statista, an institute specializing in economic data analysis, studied a panel of young, fast-growing companies capable of offering interesting career prospects or quality management to their employees.

OliKrom was one of 400 start-ups selected from a pool of 4,000 according to 3 criteria: their creation date (between 2012 and 2019), their size (at least 10 employees at the beginning of this year) and their operating mode.

A score of 7.75/10

The final score was established by taking into account three indicators: the reputation of our company on the web (social networks, online media or blogs), the opinions of our employees and our growth (evolution of our website traffic, increase of our workforce). This ranking places us 179th out of 400.

The entire team is proud of this award, which is in line with our human values and our common desire to perpetuate the company, its services and the industrial production of our innovative solutions in the field of intelligent color change materials.
